The Immersive Table: MANIFEST DESTINY experience features a bespoke seasonal menu by Aurora Restaurant’s Executive Chef Robin Wagner, designed to echo the mood and themes of Manifest Destiny - the solitude of an empire in decline, the sun-baked dust of the West and the lingering glow of the American dream.
Celebrating the comforting flavours of the Deep South, the timeless charm of roadside diners, and the nostalgic warmth of Americana, each course evokes the textures and tones of Frayne’s imagery. The experience complimented the rich, familiar and faintly melancholic flavours of the menu - echoing the beauty, irony and quiet resilience of a nation in reflection, transforming dining into a multi-sensory journey where food, art and atmosphere converge into one immersive story.
