Young people participate in a survey run by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research called the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth. For some, their responses can seem meaningless in isolation.
Monkeystack was commissioned by Algos Mas Marketing to develop an interactive entertainment solution to share some of the data with their respondents. The result was League of Heroes – an interactive ‘character builder’ where players answer questions to create a fictional heroic persona. The questions are similar to those in the real surveys and on the conclusion of the game, it gives them metrics on how they compare with their peers based on this real-world data.
